The Leadership

The Captains
Our captains are hand picked and extensively trained. Leadership is nothing without strong people to lead. Our captains have always had a certain grit about them or they just don’t last here. Each one of our captains runs over 300 charters per year they are always in the loop and know where the fish are. They only have to focus on the fishing and nothing else. We have been blessed to have some of the best water men ever to grace our roster of captains this year in 2014.

Our Location
We are located at the Sunset Marina on Stock Island right off of College Rd. just accross the street from the Key West Golf Course. A clean, safe well kept Key West marina that offers amenities, ships store, fuel, pontoon rental boats and dockage. There are other Key West fishing charters here at Sunset Marina as well.
The History
Dream Catcher Charters was started back in 1993 by Capt. Steven Lamp. Incorporated in 1997 and growing ever since. Here are some highlights of our journey.
Through the years Dream Catcher Charters has weathered the trends and grown every year and pioneered most of what charter captains are doing today in the way of customer service and standards. After all many of our competitors used to be a Dream Catcher Charters Captain.
We handle over 4000 fishing and boating related requests every year for the Florida Keys and Key West.
