The Cigar is an inshore ridge popular for fishing off the coast of New Jersey.  Located 35 miles East of Cape May and 15 miles beyond the Sea Isle ridge, the cigar is easily accessible for small boats looking for some bluefish, sharks, mahi and tuna fishing.  If you are looking for the Cigar GPS coordinates, we have them in this post.
