Fillet Tuna Like a Pro with This Technique

Tuna are the top prized fish to catch in the oceans.  People around the world try to catch tuna for sport and they are versatile for eating.  People prep and cook tuna in so many different ways, it would be a full article on its own just to list them from sushi to steaks.  One thing is for sure, they are big fish with tons of meat.  Once you learn the technique for filleting a tuna, you’ll go home with lots of dinner for family and friends.

We suggest you have both a fillet knife and a stiff butchers knife to clean a tuna.
